Service types are automatically configured when the Collaboration is installed or a new SCF Connector is loaded into the portal.  No changes are required to use service types.

Select the link Available Service Types (n).

Note

n  is the current number of service types configured.

The screen will show a table labeled Available Service Types at the top, and buttons in a list at the bottom, labeled New, Duplicate, Edit, View, and Delete.  The column labels are:

  • Unique ID  -- the unique identifiers for the listed service types
  • Name - the descriptive name of the service type
  • Default Service Provider - the name of the default service provider that provides the associated service type
