This option allows you to make service types available for activation.
Service types are automatically configured when the Collaboration is installed or a new SCF Connector is loaded into the portal. No changes are required to use service types.
Select the link Available Service Types (n).
n is the current number of service types configured.
The screen will show a table labeled Available Service Types at the top, and buttons in a list at the bottom, labeled New, Duplicate, Edit, View, and Delete. The column labels are:
Creating, Editing, Viewing, and Deleting Available Service Types
Select the link Available Service Types (n).
n is the current number of service types currently configured as available, and does not appear, when none are configured. Upon installation the default is n = 2, meaning that two service types are configured: Application Sharing and WebExMeeting Center.
The screen will show a table labeled Available Service Types at the top, and buttons in a list at the bottom, labeled New, Duplicate, Edit, View, and Delete.

Creating a New Service Type by Duplicating an Existing Service Type
Use the Duplicate button to make a new service type available. Insert a check in the box next to an existing service type. This Duplicate button duplicates the existing service type definition that is checked. This allows you to edit only those fields or portions of fields that are different.
Editing an Existing Service Type
Use the Edit button to change parameters of a service provider that is already available. Insert a check in the box next to an existing service type, and then select the Edit box.
Viewing Parameters of an Available Service Type
With an available service type checked, use the View button to take a look at the parameters. Select the OK button to return to the Available Service Types display window.
Delete a Service Type
With an available service type checked, use the Delete button to delete the service type.
If a service type is currently active, that is, referenced in the Active Service Types list, it cannot be deleted, and a warning message to that effect will appear.
The list of service types available for activation has been defined.
