The values of the user attributes entered in the user profile for the user in question are displayed in the User Details iView. These are user attributes that are created in the User Management Engine (UME).
In the User Details iView, the user attributes are grouped on the following tab pages, according to the configuration delivered by SAP:
The display of the user attributes in the User Details iView is based on the Content Management property structure service . You can regroup the user attributes and restrict or expand the number of user attributes that can be displayed.
In the SAP standard system, the relevant user attributes are assigned for each UME system user (group, role, individual user). You can change the assignment of user attributes to suit the requirements of your company. You can do this by choosing System Administration → System Configuration → Knowledge Management → Content Management → Repository Managers → Show Advanced Options → UME Object Settings → UME Principals → UME Principals.

Change the layout (grouping) of the user attributes |
The user attributes are grouped for display in the User Details iView. Each group of attributes appears on a tab page in the User Details iView. The groups of user attributes are stored in the portal at the following path: System Administration → System Configuration → Knowledge Management → Content Management → Global Services → Property Structures → Property Groups. Within the delivered groups, you can rearrange or delete the user attributes that appear in the User Details iView. You assign the groups of user attributes required in the User Details iView to the userDetails group. Note
If you change the groups of user attributes, you must assign the superordinate group of user attributes that appears in the User Details iView to the structure (see Change the structure above). |
Create a new User Details iView |
If you want to display user attributes different to the layout of the User Details iView, you can create a new User Details iView and configure the corresponding command (peopleDetailsLink) as required. Path in the portal: System Administration → System Configuration → Collaboration → Properties → Link Command. and filter for peopleDetailsLink . Replace the entry reference portal:com.sap.netweaver.kmc.people.PeopleDetails with reference portal:<your company-specific iView>. The system launches the iView using a URL parameter where Uri=<RODUME user RID>. |
