Executing the Deadlines Using Subordinate JobsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You have identified the tasks (with high deadline workload) that must be executed using a dedicated job.

Context

You use this procedure to create separate background jobs called subordinate jobs to execute the deadlines of work items with high deadline processing time. In general, the deadlines of work items are executed by the background job, SWWDHEX. Some of the tasks associated with the work items with deadlines have a higher number of deadlines and take more time for execution. This affects the deadline processing of other tasks and their work items. To overcome this situation, you can create and configure dedicated, subordinate jobs of SWWDHEX for executing the deadlines of tasks with high deadline workload.
