Creating Connectors in ModellingLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Connectors have the same structure as search and analysis models. They are the instances of search and analysis models. When you have created or changed a search and analysis model in the modeler, you can create the connector directly there.

Procedure

  1. On the modeler overview screen, navigate to the connector from which you want to create a connector and select it.

  2. Choose Create.

    The system uses a background job to create a connector. You can find the connector in the overview in the administration cockpit.

    Note

    You can only use the connector after the system has changed its status from New to Prepared. Choose Refresh to display the status change.

    You should note that further connectors are implicitly created if fields in the response or requests of the connector being created are referenced by other connectors.
