In the default setting, the system forwards generated forms (for printing, archiving) to the spool processing functions and transfers parameters to the spool dialog. You can use the spool dialog to control the output. For example, you can do the following:
Open a new spool job
Define the retention period of a spool job in the spool
Controlling the Spool Dialog
Make settings for printing and for the spool dialog by using parameters of the structure SFPOUTPUTPARAMS. When you call the form, you send these parameters ( IE_OUTPUTPARAMS) to the function module FP_JOB_OPEN.
