Transport and change management

These functions allow the distribution of software changes from the development environment to the quality assurance and production environments.

When using Collaboration capabilities, the transport of room templates and room part templates is relevant.

Release and upgrade management

Reduces time, costs, and risks connected to upgrades.

To see the portal version that you are working with, launch the SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java start page with the following URL: http:// < host >:< port >, and then choose System Information . For more information, see Viewing Components Information .
