archive_stage_dirLocate this document in the navigation structure

This parameter identifies the directory used by BRARCHIVE to back up the offline redo log files to a remote disk. This parameter corresponds to archive_copy_dir for a backup to a local disk.

            archive_stage_dir = <dir>

Default value: first value of the parameter stage_root_dir

Required value:

<dir>: a backup directory for the offline redo log files

Example

archive_stage_dir = $SAPDATA_HOME/sapbackup
