Deactivating Groups in the Room Member List
When specifying the members of a room, the room owner can add entire user groups as room members. If a group is not expanded in the room member list, all the users that currently belong to that group at the time when the group is added to the room are automatically members of the room.
The use of groups in the room member list is activated by default, however you can deactivate this option: To do this, you change the configuration of the following iViews:

- In the portal, choose Content Administration → Portal Content.
- Open the Portal Content folder in the Portal Catalog.
- Go to each of the following iViews:

Member Maintenance

Room Creation Wizard

- Work through the following steps for each iView:
- Open the iView (note the exact ID).
- Choose the Display All property category.
- Set the value of the Enable to add groups to the room member list property to false.
