The table below contains error messages and appropriate action.

Error number Solution

GW-DAVX-001

The Groupware manager has not been initialized for this transport. Check for errors logged during the start-up of the portal.

GW-DAVX-002

Verify whether the Exchange server name mentioned in the user mapping and DAVXchg Transport are the same and is valid.

GW-DAVX-003

Either the username or the password in the user mapping is incorrect.

GW-DAVX-004

The user does not have permission to create an appointment in this mailbox. Verify the permissions of the Mailbox for this user in the Exchange server.

GW-DAVX-005

An error in creating the request. Refresh and try again. If the problem persists contact SAP support.

GW-DAVX-006

An error in creating the request. Refresh and try again. If the problem persists contact SAP support.

GW-DAVX-007

The custom form has not been configured correctly. Check whether the customform name in the DAVXchg transport and the published Custom Form name are the same. E.g IPM.Appointment.SAP.

GW-DAVX-008

The appointment was not found. The appointment is either deleted or updated. Refresh the IView and try again.

GW-DAVX-009

The connection to the Exchange server is timed-out. Refresh the IView and try again. If the problem persists check the connectivity to the exchange server.

GW-DAVX-010

Exchange server is unable to process the request. Check the connectivity to the exchange server.

GW-DAVX-011

Some of the DAVXchg transport parameters are incorrect. Check the connectivity to the exchange server using these parameters.

GW-DAVX-012

The user mailserver in the usermapping does not match with any of the configured DAVXchg transports. Check the exchange serve name in the user mailserver.

GW-DAVX-013

The port specified in the DAVXchg transport is incorrect.

GW-DAVX-014

The virtual directory in the DAVXchg transport is incorrect. The default value is /Calendar.

GW-DAVX-015

The name of the IIS was not configured when you created the Exchange transport. Update the IIS name for the appropriate transport instance.

Note

To check the connectivity to the Exchange server open the following URL in a web browser and check whether Outlook Web Access is working fine.

<http/https>://<exchange-server-name>:<port>/Exchange/<user-alias>/Calendar.

If you are not able to access OWA contact your Exchange administrator.

Note  

If availability information for newly created Exchange users is not available, make sure that the users have logged in using the Outlook client at least once. For more information, see point #5 under http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q179639.
