 Providing Initial Content for RoomsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can configure the CM room extension so that it copies initial content, folders or individual files, for example, text files, Excel tables, or presentation templates, to the folders for the rooms or room parts. To do this, you provide initial content in KM folders and enter the technical information such as the access path in the corresponding configuration object.

Procedure

1. Store Initial Content in KM Folders

  1. Choose Content Administration → KM Content.
  2. Store the folders or files to the folder in question, for example, in room_extensions → cm_stores → <folder>.

 2. Enter the Template Folder in the Configuration

  1. Choose Content Administration → Collaboration Content ( →Related Topics) → Configure Content Templates for Extensions.
  2. Choose New.
  3. Enter the ID of the new configuration object and the folder path.
