-pr|-pass_rman|-PR|-PASS_RMAN

This BRRECOVER command option defines the Oracle RMAN password for the encryption of RMAN save sets. If the password was not specified on the command line, BRRECOVER interactively prompts for it. It is read either hidden (for -pr|-pass_rman) or transparent from standard input (for -PR|-PASS_RMAN). The second option provides the ability to automatically pass the RMAN password from a script or program to BRRECOVER.
