Changing the Synchronization PasswordLocate this document in the navigation structure


Before you change your synchronization password, contact your administrator. The administrator can configure the synchronization password to correspond to the logon password. If this is the case, changing your password prevents you from synchronizing your data.

  • You have a synchronization password.
  • You have a connection available for connecting to the Data Orchestration Engine.
  1. On the mobile client homepage, choose Manage Password.
  2. Select Change Synchronization Password.
  3. Enter the data as required.
  4. Choose Save.
