Adding Data Labels to a Chart

You can add data labels to a data series or data points.

Adding a data label to a data series

1. Double-click on the data series.

2. Choose Data labels

3. Select None, Show value or Show label

Adding a data label to a data point

1. Double-click the data series.

2. Click on the data point in the data series.

   The data point is selected.

3. Click on the data point using the right-hand mouse button.

4. Choose Format Data Point.

5. Choose Data Labels.

6. Select None, Show value or Show label.
