Use

You find this screen in the DBA Cockpit when navigating to Backup and Recovery → Restore History.

The Restore History monitor gives an overview of all past restore operations performed in the system.

The SQL Server system table stores one row for each restore operation of the databases.

The screen displays the following information for each restore operation performed in the system:

Field Description

Restore date time

Date and time of the restore operation

Database name

Physical location or name of the backup device

Database size (MB)

Size of the backup set

Backup start time

Date and time backup taken

Backup type description

(Backup) type of restore operation

SQL Server login

Name of the user who performed the restore operation

Logical device name

Name of the backup device

Backup device description

Backup device description (tape, disk)

Backup volume name

Volume name of the backup set
