Scheduled SQL Agent JobsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You find the Scheduled SQL Agent Jobs screen in the DBA Cockpit when navigating to Start of the navigation path Backup and Recovery Next navigation step  Scheduled SQL Agent Jobs End of the navigation path.

The initial display of the Scheduled SQL Agent Jobs monitor displays the scheduled SQL Agent jobs in the SQL Server for the next 30 days. The job list contains the following information for each job:

Field Description

Job Name

Name of SQL Agent job

Next Run Date

Next date on which the job is scheduled to run

Next Run Time

(Next)Time at which the job is scheduled to run

Last Run Duration

Last run duration of the SQL Agent job

Last Run Status

Last run status of the SQL Agent job

Job Status

Job status(successful, failed)

SQL Job Schedule

Specifies the job frequency schedule

SQL Job Class

Specifies the job group (CCMS, Collector, OTHER)

Last Run Date

Date the step last started execution

Last Run Time

Time the step last started execution

Job Description

Description of the SQL Agent job step

Job Command

Job command executed in the SQL Agent job step

User Name

Name of the database user whose account is used when executing the job step

Database Name

Name of the database in which the command is executed if subsystem is TSQL

Job Enabled

Status of the SQL job schedule

Job ID

Job ID of the SQL Agent job
Note

You can use the Num of days option to list the scheduled jobs for different period of days.
