Test Administrator Authorizations

Use

The following list is an overview of authorization objects and their field values needed to execute administration tasks in eCATT such as mass change versioning, setting log archive flags for logs of other users and taking control of other users' running tests. These authorizations have to be set only for the central eCATT system.

Note

Alternatively, you can assign the role SAP_ECATT_ADM (respectively the profile S_ECATTADM) to the user in the target system. Then he or she has all the necessary authorizations to administrate eCATT scripts. However, this role/profile is only available as of SAP NetWeaver release 7.10.
