Use

The Universal Worklist (UWL) provides central access to various workitems such as tasks, alerts, and notifications. You can use the UWL to manage and monitor your tasks from one place.

The UWL brings together workitems from different systems. These include:

  • Business Workflow

  • Business Process Management

  • Collaboration Tasks

  • SAP Office Notifications

  • Guided Procedures

  • Workitems fetched by Custom UWL Connectors

Features

Universal Worklist does the following:

  • Provides a uniform layout and central access to your work and required information

  • Allows you to customize the UWL Views to suite your needs

  • Summarizes workflow tasks from different systems in a worklist

  • Displays additional information from document and object repositories, if necessary, including attachments and other details

  • Supports decision making and actions

  • Allows you to personalize the display of your tasks

  • Enables you to define another user as a substitute for your tasks in the event of an absence
