The Partner Profiles application opens.

Note that special rules for Java IDoc partner conversion apply for the different partner profiles.

In the Ty field, choose the value help button and then choose the agent type.
In the Agent field, enter the IDoc adapter agent number.
Optionally you can choose the value help button and then search for an agent.
In the Language field, enter the ISO code of the language you use. For example, enter EN for English.
Choose Create outbound parameter and add a new entry to the table.
An application window on which you specify the settings of the outbound parameter opens.
In the Message type field, enter the outbound message type, which you want to send to the receiver.
Enter receiver port in the corresponding field.
Enter IDoc Basic type that corresponds to the message type which you specified in the respective field. Optionally, you can enter extension to this type.
Save your outbound parameter settings.
Choose Create inbound parameter and add a new entry to the table.

In the Message type field, enter the inbound message type, which you intend to receive from the Advanced Adapter Engine (AAE).
Enter a process code in the respective field.
Save your inbound parameter settings.
