Procedure

You can display information about messages from the Monitor Menu.

Below is an overview of the functionality available.

Note

For sent and received messages, you can also display either only asynchronous or only synchronous messages.

To Display the Following:

Choose From the Monitor Menu:

Only outbound messages

Only asynchronous or synchronous messages sent

Start of the navigation path Sent Messages Next navigation step Asynchronous End of the navigation path

or

Start of the navigation path Sent Messages Next navigation step Synchronous End of the navigation path

Only inbound messages

Only asynchronous or synchronous messages received

Start of the navigation path Received Messages Next navigation step Asynchronous End of the navigation path

or

Start of the navigation path Received Messages Next navigation step Synchronous End of the navigation path

Only error messages

Recovered Audit Log

Recovered Adapter Audit Log and specify a time period in days for which to display the log entries.

You can display audit log entries that are not assigned to a message, and also delete log entries manually.

Detailed information about a message

For example, Message ID, transmission times, the protocol used, transport headers, and message versions.

Blocked messages

EOIO sequence monitoring

An overview is displayed of all the sequences that were blocked.

For each blocked sequence, you can directly access the first held message and its predecessors.

Sequence status

Sequence Status Monitor

You can restrict the filter to a specific sequence or time period.

From the list of sequence data entries, you can perform actions on sequences, depending on their status.

Current system status

Information about the system, connection, listener, queue length

System Status

Current cluster nodes

A snapshot of the available cluster nodes and the messages processed on them.

You can specify a time period for which to display the log entries.
