25606: Different byte swap of source and target machine; LOB values may be corrupted after importLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Explanation

A warning appears when you use the Loader command for importing data. The table to be imported contains LOB values. The byte swap of the source and target computers is different. For this reason, LOB values may be incorrect or corrupted once they have been imported. This warning does not cause the command to terminate.

User Response

Check the LOB values in the database instance after they have been imported:

  • If they have been imported without any errors, you do not need to take any action.

  • If the LOB values contain errors, they must be re-imported.
