This section provides monitoring functions for all the systems in a system landscape.

Landscape Self-Monitoring

You can use the self-monitoring infrastructure in DBA Cockpit to identify and resolve issues related to database configuration or monitoring configuration that may prevent the DBA Cockpit from running properly.

Note The self-monitoring functions only check the monitoring infrastructure, not the database systems. To check the database systems, use the alerting infrastructure.
