You have loaded your data into the InfoProvider (InfoCube, DataStore object, attribute of an InfoObject) and checked it in the monitor.
General:
In the context menu for your InfoProvider, choose Display Data.
Select the characteristic values that you want to include.
Choose Field Selection for Output and select the characteristics and key figures that you want to include.
Under Settings, you can make various settings and specify the return type. The default setting is Return as List. You can also write the data to a database table or a file. Only the fields that you have selected are written to the file or database table.
This function only allows you to extract small amounts of data for quick checks. For larger amounts of data and more complex checks, you need to use the Open Hub Destination.

Expert Mode
Call transaction LISTCUBE. Select your InfoProvider.
For InfoCubes, you can also call Expert Mode by choosing
.You can specify whether you also want to display the SIDs, whether aggregation should take place and whether the technical name should be displayed.
You can enter a name for the ABAP program to be generated. You can then save and open variants on the selection screen for InfoProvider requests. This is useful for repeated identical requests and for troubleshooting.
Enter a name for the program.

Once you have made your selections, choose .
You can give the variant a name and description and save it.
Choose .
Select the characteristic values that you want to include.
Choose Field Selection for Output and select the characteristics and key figures that you want to include.
