Content usage mode: WSRP application sharing
Applies to: producers
In WSRP application sharing usage mode, only the content administrator on the producer portal can expose iViews.
For this content sharing mode, the content administrator on the SAP NetWeaver producer portal needs to take into account if the consumer portals are non-SAP, SAP NetWeaver, or both. This determines which set of permissions need to be assigned to iViews on the producer portal in order to expose them. For more information, see the following topics:
WSRP content you expose on the producer is still needed after a content administrator from the consumer portal has created the corresponding proxy-to-portlet iViews. If you delete or move content objects on the producer portal, their corresponding proxy-to-portlet iViews on the consumer portal will fail at runtime.
