Use

The SystemCmd server permission is a prerequisite for executing the following DBM commands:

DBM Command	Description
event_dispatcher	Managing the event dispatcher function
exec_lcinit	Executing the liveCache initialization script
exec_nipingsrv	DBM command used only by SAP applications
