Use

 

Prerequisites

You can use the statistics for multiple languages to pinpoint whether any languages may miss their deadline, or to check the total number of lines is the same for all languages (this is a good way of seeing if a proposal pool or language transport has been missed).

 

Procedure

Selecting Multiple Languages

       1.      Proceed as described in steps 1 to 3 in Displaying Statistics.

       2.      On the All Languages tab page, you can select one, more, or all languages for which you can display a statistics version as described below.

       3.      Select the statistics versions for the target languages you want to display from the list on the All Languages tab page.

       4.      You can use the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Select All and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Deselect All pushbuttons to help make your selection.

       5.      To display statistics data choose Display.

       1.      Proceed as described in steps 1 to 3 in Displaying Statistics.

       2.      You can make a comparison between one or more statistics version(s) and a reference statistics version as described below.

       3.      In the To Date field you enter the date up until when statistics versions can have been created for the languages you want to display statistics data for. As default the current date is maintained in this field.

       4.      Choose the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Refresh Display pushbutton. The statistics versions for your selection appear in the table on the All Languages tab page.

       5.      To display statistics data choose Display.

 

Result

The system displays statistics data for the languages you selected.

To save statistics data to a local file in ExcelŽ (.xls) format choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Save to Local PC.

Caution When downloading statistics data from the system ensure that you have maintained the same decimal notation in your user profile (transaction SU3) and on your operating system.
