IGS Administration Dump List 

The dump list page lists all dump files that are created by the IGS. An IGS dump file is a copy of the request sent to the IGS, for example chart request. Dump files may be created in case of an error or if the dump file generation is activated (see description below).

Dumps are listed for the multiplexer and each portwatcher. This separation is only relevant when the IGS components are installed on different hosts. A dump file can be downloaded by clicking on it. 

 

Dump File Generation Commands

In a support case, SAP might ask you to use the following commands to generate an IGS dump file:

●      To activate dump file generation enter dump_on in the ok code field (command field).

●      To inactivate dump file generation enter dump_off in the ok code field.

●      To find out the status of the dump file generation enter dump_status in the ok code field.
