Accessing the Support Platform 

The Support Platform is installed automatically with the SAP NetWeaver Web AS for Java.

To install the latest version of the Support Platform, download and install the Support Platform .sca file attached to SAP Note 812688.

       1.      To view the Support Platform user interface, enter the following URL in your browser:

 

http://<SAP NetWeaver Web AS JAVA hostname>:<port>/sp

 

For example,

 

http://myHostName:50000/sp

 

A login window is displayed.

After logging in – you must be a member of the Administrators group – the following is displayed:
