The Advertising Management industry-specific solution provides you with functions for selling advertising services in your source system. Advertising services that can be represented here include ads, ad inserts, distributions, online advertising, commercials and services.

You can sell customers advertising services via the Internet or by email. You can also use traditional distribution channels, such as direct sale from sales outlets, telephone ad acceptance and field sales.

Advertising Management functions include management of master data (business partners and products), sales (orders and contracts), billing and settlement of orders and contracts, sales agent commission assignment and revenue distribution. During entry of advertising orders, a number of functions for booking, planning, pricing and communication with a technical system are available to you.

This includes characteristics and key figures for reporting that is specific to Advertising Management, such as the identification of the number of placements for each content component or the number of complaints and queries, which can be used to answer questions on revenue in a column, section, special publication, basic booking unit or publication.
