Use

The InfoSet Application with Candidacy Activity, Requisition and Candidate serves as an InfoProvider for creating queries that are based on data pertaining to the candidacy activity, the candidacy, the job posting, the requisition, and the candidate.

The InfoSet enables queries that answer questions such as: how many applications are required to fill a given job offer?

The Application characteristic is the chief InfoProvider. It is related with the candidacy, the job posting and the candidate.

The InfoProviders candidacy and candidacy activities are linked by means of an outer join since it is possible that there is no activity for a candidacy.

The candidacy is linked with the job posting via the attribute 0REQUI. This ensures that only candidacies are provided that were generated via the application. It also ensures that only activities directly assigned to the application are included.

The key figures Number of Jobs Offered (0NR_JOBS), Span of Control (0SPAN_CON) and Working Time in Hours per Week (0WORK_TIM) of the Requisition characteristic are not available here.
