Web Template: RFx Response Comparison for Several RFxs

Use

This Web template corresponds to the template Simple Price Comparison of RFx Responses. It also displays RFx responses with price and quantity information, but these items are from more than one RFx. It is used when several RFxs on the same theme run concurrently or when one large RFx is divided into several smaller RFxs.

The RFx responses for the individual items are represented for the individual bidders along with a key figure that shows how many items the bidder has responded on. If necessary, the information on the RFx responses can be displayed, too.

To make it easier to identify the best RFx response, the lowest price and the lowest value is highlighted in green for each item. The worst RFx response, in other words, the RFx response with the highest price and value, appears in red. In addition, you can use the filter symbol to restrict the data. You can then compare information for a certain attribute.

Integration

The Web template uses the table interface class RS_BCT_SRM_VGL_ANGEBOTE to add the symbols to hide and filter, and to select the lowest price and the lowest value.

This Web template is assigned to the role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASER (RFxs and RFx Responses for Purchasers).

Prerequisites

The role SAP_BW_SRM_BIDDING_PURCHASING has to be activated.
