Technical Name: 0ORGUNIT

Use

This variable is used by Channel Management in the planning queries, as there is no responsible Sales organization variable. It works similar to 0CRMOM (User Node in Organizational Hierarchy).

Integration

This variable must be used in conjunction with the 0P_STPRE, 0P_RS_ID and 0P_USER variables, based on the roles it is assigned to.

Activities

...

       1.      You must assign the variables to the required roles. To do this, go to the SAP menu in your Business Warehouse system and choose Tools -> Administration -> User Maintenance -> Role Administration -> Roles.

       2.      Select the role you want to change and choose the Personalization tab.

       3.      Double-click on the CRM_ROLE_VARIABLE_SETTING personalization object and add the variables 0ORGUNIT and 0P_STPRE, 0P_RS_ID, 0P_USER according to the role you have selected.

       4.      Assign a priority to the variables as shown in the table, so that the system knows in which sequence to call them up.

Note

Ensure that the users are named identically in all the relevant systems, that is, Business Warehouse, Customer Relationship Management and the Enterprise Portal.

For more information, see the section Priorities of variables in Business Partner From Relationships.

Example

An example of a query that uses this variable is Lost Leads (Structure link0MKTG_C01_Q0101).
