Timestamp Service Analysis 
The timestamp service analysis business content enables you to measure the performance of your business units and organizational units. This enables you to analyze the interval between different timestamps, for example, order creation and completion of work.
Furthermore, you can track the document processing lifecycle of CRM business transactions in SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). This enables you to analyze the complete service processing lifecycle and also individual processing phases within this lifecycle, such as:
¡ Status tracking: Displays the duration of a document status, for example, how long a service order had status <open>
¡ Processor tracking: Displays duration of how long someone was processor of a document
