Partner Manager 
Technical name: SAP_PCC_PARTNERMANAGER
A Partner Manager is responsible for marketing, sales and service of the Brand Owner‘s products and services at the partner company.
Tasks include managing leads and orders. Access to up-to-date information and analytics helps Partner Managers to collaboratively manage customer relationships with the Brand Owner.
From an analytical point-of-view, a Channel Partner needs to be provided with key performance indicators that show the status of Channel Partner’s relationship with Brand Owners and customers. The main goal is to enable the Channel Partner to analyze and optimize Channel Partner’s performance and consequently profitability.
