InfoSources

This InfoCube is based on the ODS object Incentive and Commission Management (0CRM_ICO1).

The fiscal year variant (0FISCVARNT) is not provided in the InfoSources, but is taken into consideration via a start routine in the UpdateRules to the infocube.

Loading Procedure

The ODS 0CRM_ICO1 is connected to the InfoCube 0CRM_ICC1 through the InfoSource 80CRM_ICO1. The ODS object is filled in full update mode.

Only when the Data Mart status of the request has a green flag and all connected data marts have picked up this request is data given over to the infocube.

The data is available for reporting only when the request is correctly updated to the infocube. The following two infopackages are created automatically for the update:

·        Init. Package for Update by ODS 0CRM_ICO1

·        Delta Package for Update by ODS 0CRM_ICO1

The delta-handling for the update to the infocube is done by the system. If there is a failure in the automatic ODS-Activation, you have to activate the request manually.

The CRM-ICM-Source has to be loaded first. Correct and complete data can only be reported when both sources (CRM-ICM and sales source) have been loaded as the sales source completes the fields that are not provided by the CRM-ICM-Source.
