Function documentationMessage Monitor Locate this document in the navigation structure

You use the Message Monitor to do the following:

  • Search for messages received by the Message Listeners servers

  • View message details

  • Reprocess messages

  • Delete messages from the database

  • Display XML content of the selected message

  • Display message unique identifier (UID) for messages that are sent to SAP MII

    Note Note

For Idoc and RFC listeners, the message UID is the transaction ID that is generated in the SAP ERP system. For Web service listener, the Message UID is either passed as a URL parameter or taken from the received XML by specifying an XPath.

    End of the note.
