After you have fully processed a PI sheet, you can set the status of the PI sheet to Complete ; see Setting ABAP List-Based PI Sheets to Complete .
A PI sheet can only be set to Complete if:
All entries required on the PI sheet have been made
All calculations have been carried out successfully
All the data on the PI sheet has been reported
When you set the status of a PI sheet to Complete , the system creates a message on the control recipe status (message category PI_CRST). This triggers the following changes:
The status of the control recipe is set to Processed .
The status of the corresponding order phases is set to Control recipe processed .
You need to set the status of your PI sheets to Complete or Technically complete if you want to:
Archive them via process data documentation
Delete the PI sheet
