Procedure

  1. On the List Maintenance screen, specify the list category. Choose one of the following:

    • WORKLIST

    • NC_TREE

    • ASSEMBLE

    • DC_COLLECT

    • DC_ENTRY

    • OPERATION

    • TOOL

    • WORK_INSTRUCTION

  2. Enter the name of the list and a description for this list.

  3. In the Maximum Number of Rows field, specify the maximum number of rows of data this list can display.

The value must be a whole number. 0, the default value, sets no limit to the number of rows.

  4. For the Worklist category, choose the list type to specify the level of detail shown to the operator in the rows of the display:

    List Type

    Description

    SFC Number

Displays a row for each individual SFC number in work

    Shop Order

Displays a row for each shop order in work, but does not list more than one SFC number per shop order

    Process Lot

Displays a row for each process lot in work, but does not list the SFC numbers individually

    Material

Displays a row for each material of any version in work, but does not list the SFC numbers individually

    Material/Version

Displays a row for each material of certain version in work, but does not list the SFC numbers individually

  5. Select the Allow Operator to Change Column Sequence checkbox to specify whether the operator can change the sequence in which the columns are displayed in the table controlled by this list.

  6. Select the Allow Operator to Sort Rows checkbox to specify whether the operator can sort the rows in the table controlled by this list.

  7. Select the Allow Multiple Selection checkbox to specify whether the operator can select more than one row in the list, enabling the operator to run activities on more than one SFC number at a time.

  8. Select the Show All Active SFCs to Operator checkbox to specify whether to display all SFC numbers the operator has in work, regardless of the operation and resource.

If deselected, only SFC numbers in work at the operation and resource specified in the Operation and Resource fields in the POD are displayed.

  9. Add list columns by inserting new rows in the table:

    Column

    Description

    Column Sequence

The order in which the columns in this list appear

For example, a column with a sequence number of 10 displays before a column with a sequence of 20.

The default value for the first Column Sequence field is 10 and each successive column sequence number increments by a value of 10.

The sequence value must be a whole number. You cannot use 0.

We recommend that you leave gaps between column sequence numbers (for example, use 10, 20 and 30 to sequence three columns) to facilitate inserting new columns between existing columns.

    Column Name

The name of the column the user sees in this list

Note that cells in this column may be gray because the name is the database column name and cannot be changed.

    Row Sort Order

The order in which data is sorted when displayed in this list

Values must be whole numbers. You cannot use 0. The row sort order entry closest to zero is displayed first, and so on.

  10. On the List Column Details screen, select the required settings in the table.

Note that this icon appears only for INFO, NC_STATE, STATUS and RISK_EVENT columns.

  11. Save your entries.
