You use this report to obtain information about nonconformances logged against an SFC number or against a component for an SFC number. You can also obtain a list of SFC numbers for an NC code or a list of NC codes for a specific reference number.

Features

The search parameters for the report include the following:

Selection

  • Material and its version

  • Operation

  • Resource

  • SFC number

  • Process lot

  • Work center

  • Shop order

  • End unit number

  • NC code

  • NC category

  • NC state

  • Incident number

  • Failure ID

  • Horizontal or vertical reference number

  • A user who logged a nonconformance

  • A user who closed a nonconformance

  • RMA number

  • Order type

  • Customer order number

  • Shift

  • Component and its version

  • Work center category

  • Ref Des (reference designator)

Output

The results include the following data:

  • Date and time when an NC was logged

  • SFC number

  • Operation

  • NC code

  • Link to the NC Detail report

  • NC category

  • NC state

  • Component

  • Link to the NC Log report for the next NC in the queue

The NC Detail report includes the following data:

  • Original site

  • SFC quantity

  • How many times SFC number was processed

  • NC code description

  • NC state

  • NC category

  • Material and its version

  • Material description

  • Operation

  • Resource

  • Work center

  • Incident number

  • Vertical and horizontal reference number

  • Activity date and time, including its close or cancel date and time

  • Logged user ID

  • Closed user ID

  • Cancelled user ID

  • NC data

  • Component data

  • Parent NC code and category

  • Parent NC date and time

  • Parent NC state

  • Parent NC verified state

  • Child NC code and category

  • Child NC date and time

  • Child NC state

  • Child NC verified state
