Nonconformance Limit Override

You use this activity to increase the maximum loop count when an SFC number has exceeded the maximum number of times it can be worked at the particular routing step, or to increase the maximum NC limit when an NC code has exceeded the maximum number of times it can be logged against the particular SFC number.

Field	Description
Type	Specifies the type of NC limit to override Loop Count: The maximum loop count to override NC Code: The maximum NC limit to override
Times Processed	The number of times the SFC number was processed at this step Note that this field is visible if you select Loop Count in Type field.
Times Code Logged	The number of times this NC code was logged against the SFC number. Note this field is visible if you select NC Code in Type field.
