You can change the default field values of resources (see Resource). The system loads these values when key fields are empty. For more information, see Default Value Maintenance.

The following table describes fields requiring explanation:

Description

Process Resource

true: All SFC numbers started at this resource are owned by the resource.

false: The operator/crew that started the SFC numbers own the active work.

Setup State

O: Open — The resource is set up and may be used to build any product.

S: Setup — The resource is set up for specific products.

T: Setting Up — The resource is being set up.

B: Breaking Down — The resource is broken down (unset up).

N: Not Setup — The resource is not set up

Status

301: Enabled

302: Disabled

303: Hold

0: Unknown — Prevents operators or machines from starting SFC numbers at this resource. Indicates that this status is due to unknown reasons.

1: Productive — Allows operators or machines to process SFC numbers at this resource

2: Standby — Allows operators or machines to start SFC numbers at this resource, but indicates that the resource is currently idle

3: Engineering — Allows operators or machines to start SFC numbers at this resource, but indicates that the resource is currently being used for engineering purposes

4: Scheduled Down — Prevents operators or machines from starting SFC numbers at this resource. Indicates that this status is due to scheduled maintenance.

5: Unscheduled Down — Prevents operators or machines from starting SFC numbers at this resource. Indicates that this status is due to unscheduled maintenance.

6: Nonscheduled — Prevents operators or machines from starting SFC numbers at this resource. Indicates the resource is not scheduled for use, for example, when the line is shut down.

HOLD_CONSEC_NC_O: Hold Consec NC — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with consecutive nonconformances logged against them at this resource.

HOLD_SPC_VIOL_O: Hold SPC Viol — Prevents operators and machines from working SFC numbers with SPC violations at this resource.

HOLD_SPC_WARN_O: Hold SPC Warn — Prevents operators and machines from working SFC numbers with SPC warnings at this resource.

HOLD_YLD_RATE_O: Hold Yield Rate — Prevents operators and machines from working SFC numbers with yield rates below the defined values at this resource.
