The following tables describe activities that are associated with buttons on the predefined Operation, Work Center and Message Board PODs.

PR500 |
Starts the selected SFC numbers, shop order, and process lot at the entered operation and resource, and displays them as selected and active in the POD Work List. Validates that the selected resource is in a current status to process product and is in a status permitted to produce product (see Start) |
Complete |
PR510 |
Completes the SFC numbers selected in the POD Work List and places them into queue at the next step on the routing. Resets the selected resource from Productive to the Enabled status when the last active SFC number is completed from the resource (see Complete). The resource status is changed to Pending when SAP ME receives a message to take down the resource and there are active SFC numbers. When the last SFC number is completed the resource status is changed to Scheduled Down. Note If you complete an SFC number that belongs to a process lot, you must remove it from the process lot first. The POD displays a message stating this. Choose the Complete button to remove the SFC number from the process lot and send it to the next operation on the routing. End of the note. Completes a selected SFC number at selected operation to indicate that the SFC number has completed processing and is ready to be worked at the next operation Note If other users are currently working on the same operation of an SFC number, the POD displays a message stating this and lets you choose whether to complete/sign off the SFC number, or to cancel completing the SFC number. Sign Off |
PR520 |
Removes selected SFC numbers from the POD Work List and returns them to the Browse Work List with the In Queue status. Resets the resource from Productive to the new Pending status when the last active SFC number is removed from the resource (see Sign Off). Places a selected SFC number at selected operations to indicate that the SFC number is no longer being actively worked on the shop floor Note If other users are currently working on the same operation of an SFC number, the Work Center PODs display a message stating this and allows you choose whether to remove the SFC numbers from the POD Work List or to cancel signoff. Choose Continue to sign off the other users. End of the note. |
