Prerequisites

You have created work center records in Work Center Maintenance (see Work Center Maintenance).

Procedure

  1. On the Work Centers tab page of User Maintenance, assign the user to each work center in which he or she works.

  2. If required, specify the default work center. The work queue of this work center appears in the POD by default when the user logs on (see POD Maintenance).

    Note that the default work center can be only one of the work centers you have assigned to this user.

  3. Save your entries.
