Failure Path

If set to true, this path is a failure path.

Note that SFC numbers that have been nonconformed may take this next step.

Maximum Loop Count

Defines how many times an SFC number may be restarted through this step

0 means there is no limit.

Queue Decision

Defines who decides where an SFC number should be placed in queue when completing this step:

C: Completing Operator — The completing operator decides where the SFC number is processed next.

N: Next Operator — The SFC number is placed in queue at all possible next steps. The first step started determines the path.

Return Type

Defines the step to which the SFC number is returned after completing the nonconformance path:

P: Any Previous Operation — The SFC number is returned to any of the steps before the original operation

A: Any Operation — The SFC number is returned to any step on the routing.

O: Original Operation — The SFC number is returned to the original operation

N: Next Operation — The SFC number is returned to the step after the original operation.

R: Previous Operation — The SFC number is returned to the previous step.

Rework

If set to true, the time spent at this step is considered rework.

HOLD_YLD_RATE_O: Hold Yield Rate — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with yield rates below the defined values

Step Type

A: Any Order Group — A set of operations in this group can be completed one at a time but with no imposition of a particular order on the operations.
