You can change the default field values of routings (see Routing). The system loads these values when key fields are empty. For more information, see Default Value Maintenance.
The following table describes fields requiring explanation:
Column |
Description |
---|---|
Complete Original |
true: The original operation that the SFC number came from is marked as completed. false: The SFC number is placed in queue at the original operation. |
Effectivity Control |
R: Current version |
Failure Path |
If set to true, this path is a failure path. Note that SFC numbers that have been nonconformed may take this next step. |
Maximum Loop Count |
Defines how many times an SFC number may be restarted through this step 0 means there is no limit. |
Queue Decision |
Defines who decides where an SFC number should be placed in queue when completing this step: C: Completing Operator — The completing operator decides where the SFC number is processed next. N: Next Operator — The SFC number is placed in queue at all possible next steps. The first step started determines the path. |
Return Type |
Defines the step to which the SFC number is returned after completing the nonconformance path: P: Any Previous Operation — The SFC number is returned to any of the steps before the original operation A: Any Operation — The SFC number is returned to any step on the routing. O: Original Operation — The SFC number is returned to the original operation N: Next Operation — The SFC number is returned to the step after the original operation. R: Previous Operation — The SFC number is returned to the previous step. |
Rework |
If set to true, the time spent at this step is considered rework. |
Routing Type |
Used to distinguish between a shop order-specific routing and a user routing U: Production routing S: SFC-specific routing C: Special operation routing N: NC (rework) routing D: Disposition function routing (used in disposition groups) |
Status |
201: Releasable 202: Frozen 203: Obsolete 204: Hold 205: New HOLD_CONSEC_NC_O: Hold Consecutive NC — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with consecutive nonconformances logged against them HOLD_SPC_VIOL_O: Hold SPC Violation — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with SPC violations HOLD_SPC_WARN_O: Hold SPC Warning — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with SPC warnings HOLD_YLD_RATE_O: Hold Yield Rate — Prevents operators and machines from processing SFC numbers with yield rates below the defined values Note The status is provided by the Product Definition Status Group. End of the note. |
Step Type |
Controls the degree of how the routing steps are associated with each other. N (default): Normal Step — The prior step must be completed before the start of this step. O: Optional Step — The step is optional and does not need to be completed. S: Simultaneous Step — A set of operations in this group can be completed simultaneously (either independently or dependently of one another) on an SFC number. A: Any Order Group — A set of operations in this group can be completed one at a time but with no imposition of a particular order on the operations. |
Temporary Routing |
If set to true, this routing is deleted when the last SFC number referencing it is deleted. |
