Description |
---|---|
Bypass Previous NC Routings on Return |
If set to true, nonconformance disposition with return steps sends the SFC number to the step on the last production routing that the SFC number was traversing Can override at: site |
Generate and Lookup Vertical Ref Numbers |
true (default): Automatically generates a vertical reference number based on the next number pattern and looks up vertical reference numbers when nonconformance records are logged false: Does not generate a vertical reference number or look up vertical reference numbers when nonconformance records are logged Can override at: site |
Generate Horizontal Ref Numbers |
If set to true (default), automatically generates horizontal reference numbers based on the next number pattern when nonconformance records are logged Can override at: site |
Maximum Loop Count |
The number of times an SFC number can be processed through an operation Default: 0, which corresponds to no limit Can override at: site, operation, routing step |
NC Allows Non-BOM Component and Ref Des |
If set to true (default), allows operators to log nonconformances against components and reference designators that are not in the BOM for the SFC numbers Can override at: site, material Related rule: Allow Non-BOM Components on Add (see Component Traceability Rules) |
NC Allows Undefined Component |
If set to true (default), allows operators to log nonconformances against components that have not been defined as a material Can override at: site, material |
NC Closure Required Default |
