Maximum SFC In Work

Specifies how many SFC numbers each production operator is allowed to have in work at a given time

An override at the resource level specifies how many SFC numbers a production operator who is logged on to that resource in the POD is allowed to have in work at a given time.

Default: 0 It allows production operators to have an unlimited number of SFC numbers in work at the same time.

Can override at: site, user, resource

Note Note

During the Start activity, the system validates the rule setting using the following priority sequence:

  1. The system rule setting defined in User Maintenance for the current POD user is compared with the current SFC In Work number for this user.

  2. The system rule setting defined in Resource Maintenance is compared with the current SFC In Work number for the resource selected in the POD.

End of the note.

Queue SFC at Resource

true: Places SFC numbers in queue at the next resource or work center when the operator completes each SFC number

false (default): Places SFC numbers in queue at the next operation when the operator completes each SFC number

Can override at: site, operation

Note Note

To queue SFC number at a resource, work centers must be used. SFC numbers can be started at a resource (or work center) only if the Allow SFC Pull from Other Work Centers rule is set to false.

End of the note.

SFC on Hold Can Be Started

If set to true, allows operators to start SFC numbers that are on hold. Operators may not complete SFC numbers that are on hold, until the hold is released
