You use this function to replace reference operation sets in all or multiple routings or rate routings at the same time.
Note
To enable accessibility for this transaction, set parameter ACC_MODE to X in the user profile.
In the area menu for
.The selection screen for replacing reference operation sets is displayed.
To replace a reference rate routing , set the indicator Ref. rate routing .
Specify the group and group counter of the old and new reference operation sets. Enter the increment to be used when the operations of the new reference operation set are inserted into the routing.
Note
If you have not set this parameter to X , you can select an overview variant. Choose Choose overview var. , enter the overview variant, and choose Continue.
Choose
.You see a list of all routings in which the old reference operation set/reference rate routing is included (where-used list).
If necessary, you can specify a different reference operation set to replace the old one, instead of the one that you originally specified. Select the menu options
.You reach the Default Values : Change dialog box.
Enter the group and group counter of the new reference operation set/reference rate routing. Maintain the increment to be used when the operations of the new reference operation set are inserted into the routing. Choose Continue .
Usually, the system replaces online . If you want to execute the replacement using batch input, choose
(Batch Data Communication ). You can also use the replace mode to control whether certain screens are displayed for you to maintain during replacement.Note
If you have not set the parameter ACC_MODE to X , you can change the data in the task lists, before you insert the new reference operation set everywhere.
Select all the task lists in which you want to replace the old reference operation set with the new one.
If you want to select a number of objects at the same time, choose
.To replace the reference operation sets, choose
The old reference operation set is replaced by the new one in all the selected task lists.
To see the current data in the where-used list, you must update the display.
