You can verify this configuration in Supported SAP ME Plants by choosing Start of the navigation path SAP ME ERP Integration Next navigation step SAPMEINT Configuration Next navigation step Supported SAP ME Plants End of the navigation path in SAP MII Dashboard menu.

SAP ERP Plant Language

Enter the SAP ERP plant language associated with the SAP ERP plant being configured. This setting is used to transfer the master data descriptions to SAP ME from SAP ERP in the language configured for the SAP ERP plant.

This setting must match one of the language field values associated with the description field in the Master Data IDocs. The language field associated with the description field in the master data IDoc could be different depending on the IDoc type. For example, the language field associated with the description field for MATMAS and LOIWCS can be found in SPRAS and the language field associated with the description field for DOCMAS can be found in LANGU.

The language setting configured in SAP ERP has a two character format (for example, EN for English) but the language value coming in the master data IDoc is in a single character format (for example, E for English). For more information, see SAP ME Installation Guide.

To check the default language of the SAP ERP plant, choose Start of the navigation path Definition Next navigation step Logistics - General Next navigation step Define, copy, delete, check plant End of the navigation path in Customizing for Enterprise Structure.
