Production Calendar Maintenance
You use this activity to apply a set of production day types to specific calendar days to generate a production calendar. For more information, see Production Calendar.
During the initial production calendar setup, a day type must be defined for each calendar day of each month for an entire year.
Note
If you make a change to the production calendar for a date that has passed, the work associated with that date is recorded on the day type to which it was originally assigned.
Prerequisites
You have defined production day types in Production Shift Maintenance
(see Production Shift Maintenance).
Procedure
To set up a production calendar, do the following:
On the
Production Calendar Maintenance
screen, specify the month and year for which you want to define production day types.Retrieve the production calendar record.
Specify the production day type for each day of the month.
Save your entries.
