BOM Component Viewer

You use this activity to view SAP ERP BOM component documents transferred to SAP ME as work instructions (see Transfer of Production Order with BOM Component Work Instruction). The Work Instruction icon appears in the Component List of the Touch and Standard POD when a BOM component has an attached work instruction.

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

Rule	Setting
AUTO_DISPLAY_REQUIRED	YES: Automatically displays all the BOM component work instructions marked as Required if no BOM component work instruction is currently selected in BOM Component Viewer. NO (default): BOM Component Viewer does not automatically display Required BOM component work instructions; automatically displays the first BOM component work instruction (based upon sequence number) if no BOM component work instruction is currently selected in BOM Component Viewer.
