Background documentationData Collection Limits Check

You can use the DC521 hook point activity to check all operations on the routing, up to and including the current operation, to ensure that the collected data parameters for all associated DC groups do not have a data value that violates the minimum and maximum limits for the data parameter.

This activity is used with the PRE_COMPLETE hook point for an operation or resource.

Note Note

If the Collect Data Multiple Times system rule is set to true, Data Collection Limits Check checks all of the collected data for violation of the specified limits, not just the last set of values entered (see Miscellaneous Rules).

End of the note.
Rule

The following table describes rule and settings that you can change for the DC521 activity in Activity Maintenance:

Rule

Setting

CHECK_BOOLEANS

YES: The system verifies Boolean parameters. If the saved value equals 0 Value, then the system blocks this SFC number. If the saved value equals 1 Value, then the system does not block this SFC number unless other parameters fail verification (see Data Collection Maintenance)

NO (default): The system ignores Boolean parameters.
